 General feedback from foreigners is that living conditions in Estonia are similar to those in Western Europe but the expenses are a bit lower. In 2010, the average salary in Estonia was 814 EUR per month. One needs approximately a minimum of 200 EUR per month in order to cover basic expenses in addition to housing costs.
