Vision
- The University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy is founded on
cultural know-how network, an internationally recognized
competence-providing center, the activities of which are directed
towards organizing native cultural identities and the sustainability of
cultural ecology;
- The University of Tartu Viljandi Culture
Academy is an internally well-integrated multifunctional learning and
creative environment as a whole that provides degree studies for the
first and second degrees of higher education, applying the principle of
lifelong learning.
